Job summary

Arada is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead end-to-end development projects in the UAE, coordinating with internal teams, consultants, and authorities to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery and adherence to quality standards.

You will manage design development, procurement, construction, handover, and close-out, ensuring alignment with Arada's strategic objectives and sustainability commitments. A strong background in large-scale mixed-use or hospitality projects is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related.
• 10-15 years of experience in real estate development or project management.
• At least 5 years managing large-scale developments in the UAE.
• Master's degree or professional certifications would be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, execution, monitoring, and successful delivery of assigned development projects.
• Manage projects through all development phases including design, authority approvals, procurement, construction, testing & commissioning, handover, and defects liability period.
• Develop and maintain detailed project execution plans, schedules, budgets, and risk registers.
• Monitor project performance against milestones and implement corrective actions.
• Coordinate with stakeholders, authorities, and consultants to ensure quality and compliance.
