Job summary

Arada is seeking a Construction Manager to lead residential and mixed-use developments in the UAE from planning through delivery. You will coordinate with project teams, consultants, and contractors to ensure quality, safety, and timely completion.

The role requires a civil engineering degree, minimum eight years in construction management, and strong leadership, communication, and budget control skills. Knowledge of Primavera and MS Project is essential; PMP certification is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in construction management for residential and mixed-use projects.
• Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency with Primavera and MS Project.
• PMP certification or equivalent is a plus.
• Regional experience in UAE or GCC market is a must.

Responsibilities

• Oversee construction activities for residential and mixed-use projects from inception to completion.
• Ensure on-time delivery within scope and budget; coordinate teams and stakeholders.
• Monitor compliance with design specs, quality standards, and regulations; conduct site inspections.
• Manage project budgets and identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Review detailed schedules and align progress with timelines; implement corrective actions.
• Lead site teams and foster effective communication across contractors and staff.
• Enforce HSE standards and regulatory compliance on-site.
• Serve as primary contact for clients, consultants, and internal stakeholders; report progress.
