Job summary

Arada is seeking a Construction Manager in the United Arab Emirates to lead residential and mixed-use projects from planning to delivery. You will ensure quality, safety and timely execution, interfacing with clients, consultants, and internal teams.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years in construction management, a civil engineering background, and familiarity with Primavera P6 and MS Project. PMP cert and regional UAE experience are a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or related field.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in construction management, focusing on residential and mixed-use projects.
• PMP certification or equivalent is a plus.
• Regional experience in the UAE or GCC market is a must.

Responsibilities

• Oversee construction activities for residential and mixed-use projects from inception to completion.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget.
• Manage project budgets and identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Review detailed construction schedules and monitor progress.
• Lead site teams, including contractors and subcontractors, with effective communication.
• Enforce HSE standards and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Provide regular project updates to senior management.
