Job summary

NSR Associates in the United Arab Emirates is seeking a Senior Construction Manager to oversee all site activities on high-value developments. You will lead multidisciplinary teams, drive safety and quality, and ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.

You will coordinate stakeholders, monitor progress, manage risks, and report to clients and senior management while navigating local regulations and approvals in the UAE GCC region.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• 10+ years of construction experience, including 3+ years in a Senior Construction Manager role on large-scale projects.
• Proven delivery of high-rise residential, mixed-use, hospitality, or major commercial developments valued at AED 500M+.
• Strong preference for UAE or GCC project experience and knowledge of local regulations and approvals.
• Proven leadership to manage large site teams and complex programmes in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all on-site construction activities from mobilization through handover, ensuring safety, timeliness and budget alignment.
• Coordinate and supervise project teams, subcontractors, consultants and suppliers to meet milestones.
• Monitor progress, identify risks and delays, and implement corrective actions to preserve schedules.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, quality and statutory requirements to maintain high standards.
• Provide regular progress reporting to senior management and clients, including programme updates and cost controls.
