Job summary

Nova International General Contracting is seeking a Senior Construction Manager to lead luxury developments in Abu Dhabi. You will oversee mobilization through handover, ensuring premium finishes, rigorous QA/QC, and adherence to UAE codes.

The ideal candidate has 20+ years in complex projects, a proven track record in the UAE/GCC, and strong leadership, risk management, and client liaison skills to deliver landmark, high-end residences and bespoke developments.

Qualifications

• 20+ years of progressive experience in construction project execution.
• Minimum 8+ years in a senior managerial role overseeing large-scale, complex projects.
• Proven experience delivering luxury, high-end, or premium projects (villas, palaces, premium towers).
• Deep knowledge of UAE construction regulations and local authority requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead the full construction lifecycle of luxury developments from mobilization to handover.
• Develop and oversee detailed project plans, schedules, and resource strategies.
• Ensure flawless delivery of luxury finishes and bespoke designs.
• Oversee day-to-day site operations with emphasis on precision and quality.
• Coordinate with QA/QC, HSE, engineering, procurement, and contractors.
