Job summary

Want More is looking for an experienced Construction Manager to oversee Ajman projects from planning to completion. You will supervise schedules, budgets, and teams to ensure timely delivery and quality.

Qualifications

Minimum of 5 years experience as a Construction Manager in a similar role.
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
Experience working on construction projects in Ajman.
Strong knowledge of construction processes, building codes, safety regulations.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

Plan, organize, and oversee construction projects from start to finish.
Develop project schedules, budgets, and timelines.
Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
Monitor progress and make necessary adjustments to ensure project stays on track.
Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and other legal requirements.
Conduct regular site visits to inspect work progress and quality.
Manage project budgets and financials.
Prepare reports for upper management on project status and progress.
