Job summary

VAP Group seeks an experienced event producer to own end-to-end programming for flagship tech conferences and summits in the UAE. You will shape stage tracks, formats, keynotes, panels, and expo activations, ensuring engaging live experiences on-site.

You will scout and secure credible speakers, manage outreach, briefs, rehearsals, and on-site support, coordinating with venues, AV, and sponsors to deliver polished shows.

Qualifications

• 4+ years producing in-person conferences or live events.
• Experience landing speakers for tech/Web3/AI/gaming events.
• Excellent writing and ability to draft speaker briefs and CFP copy.
• Strong project management across multiple on-site shows and tight timelines.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end programming for flagship in-person conferences and summits in tech, Web3, AI, or gaming, from concept through on-site wrap-up
• Shape stage tracks and formats keynotes, panels, workshops, expo activations that bring each industry's biggest stories to life on-site
• Scout, pitch, and secure keynote and panel speakers from leading tech companies, Web3 protocols, AI labs, and gaming studios for live stage appearances
• Manage speakers end to end: outreach, abstract development, briefings, on-site rehearsals, and green room support
• Work with venue, AV, and staging teams to translate content into venue-ready stage experiences
• Partner with marketing and sponsorship teams to align floor plans, stage branding, and programming with sponsor deliverables
• Build production timelines and run-of-show docs; lead walk-throughs, rehearsals, and live show-calling on-site
• Oversee day-of logistics across stages, breakout rooms, and expo floor
• Track competitor events and community sentiment
• Mine post-event data and feedback to refine future content

Qualifications

• 4+ years producing in-person conferences, with hands-on experience in tech, Web3, AI, or gaming events
• Track record of landing credible speakers willing to travel and appear on physical stages
• Fluent in the language of at least one of these spaces, with working knowledge of the others
• Strong project management skills across concurrent live shows and tight on-site timelines
• Skilled writer and communicator comfortable drafting speaker briefs and CFP copy for technical, in-person audiences
• Comfortable with long, physically demanding on-site days and significant travel
• Experience coordinating with venues, AV vendors, and stage crews
• Existing relationships with speakers or communities in Web3, AI, or gaming are a strong plus
