Job summary

Salt is seeking an experienced Event Manager to own the end-to-end event cycle for a portfolio of high-impact Technology & AI events. You will lead planning, delivery, and post-event evaluation, coordinating with speakers, sponsors, and partners to create outstanding attendee experiences.

The role requires strong project management, the ability to handle multiple events concurrently, and a proven track record delivering B2B conferences, exhibitions or corporate events.

• Oversee timelines, budgets, venues, production and onsite delivery.
• Support speaker and stakeholder management including senior executives.
• Ensure events are delivered to a high standard, on time and within budget.
• Track performance, gather feedback and identify improvement opportunities.
• Manage multiple events concurrently with attention to detail.

We are looking for an Event Manager to take ownership of the end-to-end event cycle for a portfolio of high-impact Technology & AI events.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full event lifecycle, from initial planning and concept development through to delivery and post-event evaluation.
• Plan, manage and deliver owned B2B events, including executive breakfasts, roundtables, workshops, webinars and other high-impact business experiences.
• Coordinate with internal teams, speakers, sponsors, partners and external suppliers to ensure seamless event execution.
• Manage event timelines, budgets, logistics, venues, production and onsite delivery.
• Support speaker and stakeholder management, including senior executives and industry leaders.
• Ensure events are delivered to a high standard, on time and within budget.
• Track event performance, gather feedback and identify opportunities to continuously improve future events.
• Manage multiple events simultaneously while maintaining strong attention to detail.

Requirements

• Proven experience managing end-to-end B2B events, conferences, exhibitions or corporate events.
• Experience delivering Technology, AI, digital or innovation-focused events is mandatory.
• Strong project management and organisational skills.
• Confident working with senior stakeholders, speakers, partners and suppliers.
• Commercially aware with a strong focus on delivering high-quality attendee experiences.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Arabic speaker is a plus.
