Job summary

Onesubsea is seeking a Senior Completion & Well Intervention Engineer to lead completions and/or workover operations, provide technical advisory at the wellsite, and mentor engineers.

The role involves preparing programs, reviewing designs, ensuring equipment compatibility, and coordinating with subsurface and production teams to meet objectives while maintaining strict safety standards.

Qualifications

• Candidates should have extensive experience in completions and/or workovers.
• Ability to supervise and mentor junior engineers and trainees.
• Strong adherence to safety and IPM standards in field operations.

Responsibilities

• Prepare Completion and Workover Programs and procedures.
• Supervise critical operations at the wellsite as technical advisor.
• Review basis of design, hardware compatibility, and downhole safety requirements.
• Coordinate with subsurface and production teams to align plans with objectives.
• Manage daily operations, track progress, and monitor costs vs AFE.
• Ensure compliance with IPM standards during simultaneous activities.
