Job summary

SLB seeks a Senior Completion & Well Intervention Engineer to lead completions and/or workover operations. You will supervise and mentor field engineers, review design bases, and prepare programs and AFEs, while ensuring regulatory and IPM compliance.

You will participate in critical operations at the wellsite as a technical advisor, coordinate with subsurface and production teams, and monitor performance, safety, and cost against plans.

Qualifications

• Experience in completions and/or workovers.
• Ability to supervise field engineers and trainees.
• Ability to attend critical operations as a technical advisor.

Responsibilities

• Review Completion Basis of Design and perform design checks.
• Prepare Completion/Workover Programs and procedures and AFEs.
• Ensure compliance with IPM Standards and safety requirements.
• Review equipment compatibility and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor daily operations and cost performance against plan.
• QA/QC of data in daily reports and NPT trends.
