Job summary

SLB is seeking a Senior Completion & Well Intervention Engineer to lead completions and workovers, supervising field engineers and providing technical guidance on-site. The role involves preparing programs, AFEs, and ensuring regulatory compliance while coordinating with subsurface and production teams to meet project objectives.

The candidate will review hardware configurations, safety requirements, and downhole conditions, while tracking costs and progress.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in completions and workovers.
• Ability to prepare completion/workover programs and AFEs.
• Coordinate with subsurface, production and service vendors.

Responsibilities

• Prepare Completion/Workover Programs and AFEs.
• Review hardware and regulatory compliance for completion/well operations.
• Mentor engineers and trainees at the rig/site during critical operations.
• Ensure IPM, QUEST and standard compliance across projects.
• Monitor costs, progress, and NPT trends against plan.
