Job summary

S K OVERSEAS HR CONSULTANCY is seeking a senior commissioning lead to manage end-to-end processes. You will ensure systems meet design specs, develop detailed commissioning plans, and coordinate engineers, technicians and contractors to deliver projects safely and on time.

The role requires a strong track record in pre- and post-commissioning activities, with a preference for Gulf/ADNOC experience and the ability to join immediately.

Qualifications

• Experience leading end-to-end commissioning projects in Oil & Gas, Power Generation or Infrastructure.
• Ability to develop comprehensive commissioning plans and schedules.
• Experience coordinating multidisciplinary teams of engineers, technicians and contractors.
• Proven testing troubleshooting and performance verification of installed systems.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical or Electrical) or equivalent.
• Gulf/ADNOC experience preferred.
• Candidates must be immediate joiners; candidates with non-related infra experience not eligible.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the end-to-end commissioning process ensuring systems operate per design specifications.
• Develop and implement commissioning plans, schedules and procedures with progress tracking.
• Coordinate and oversee multidisciplinary teams including engineers, technicians and contractors.
• Conduct rigorous testing, troubleshooting and performance verification of installed systems.
