Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in real estate or a RICS-accredited discipline.
• MRICS desired; RICS Registered Valuer.
• 4–6 years of commercial valuation experience.
• Valid driving license for site inspections.
• Excellent report writing and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
