talentbridgedubai is seeking a strategic Head of Commercial Department Contracting to lead the group’s contracting arm. You will drive revenue growth, oversee tendering, and shape commercial strategy across contracting and Ready-Mix sectors.

In this leadership role, you will manage a high-performing team, negotiate contracts, assess risk, and ensure compliance while building client relationships and maximizing profitability.

Competenze

• Proven experience of at least 5 years in tendering, commercial management, or business development.
• Minimum 3 years in a leadership role as Head of Department.

Mansioni

• Develop and implement comprehensive commercial strategies to secure new contracts, maximize revenue, and enhance profitability.
• Oversee the tendering process, ensuring accurate bid preparation and compliance with requirements.
• Lead negotiations with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to secure favorable outcomes.
• Develop cost estimates and pricing strategies for tenders with proper margins.
• Assess and manage risks associated with tender submissions including financial, legal, and contractual.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships and lead a team of tendering professionals.
