Job summary

Alexandrion Group seeks a Senior Commercial Manager – ME & Africa to lead the Dubai trading hub, accelerating revenue growth and strengthening the partner portfolio. You will shape the commercial strategy, manage the P&L, and drive profitability across the Middle East, Africa, and related markets.

You will build long-term relationships with distribution partners, negotiate major agreements, and guide the regional commercial organization toward execution excellence.

Qualifications

• 7-10 years of experience in commercial/trading roles in FMCG (alcoholic beverages preferred).
• 6+ years of commercial leadership at business-unit level in a large FMCG company.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional commercial strategy for the ME & Africa portfolio and the Dubai hub.
• Own and drive P&L, revenue growth, margins, and distribution profitability.
• Build and strengthen partnerships with distributors, customers, suppliers, and strategic partners.
• Lead and develop the commercial team with clear objectives and performance metrics.
