Black & Grey HR in Dubai is seeking an experienced Commercial Manager – MEP for a leading Tier 1 contractor in the UAE. The role oversees all commercial functions for high-rise MEP projects, including budgeting, cost control, contracts, and financial reporting.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering with 15+ years in contracting, and proven high-rise project experience, plus AutoCAD proficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/ Electrical Engineering is mandatory.
• Minimum 15+ years of experience in contracting companies.
• Experience in high-rise building projects is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Lead all commercial aspects of MEP projects from initiation to completion.
• Oversee budgeting, cost control, forecasting and reporting.
• Manage contracts, variations, claims and subcontractor agreements.
• Coordinate with project managers, consultants, subcontractors and clients on commercial matters.
• Review project costs and ensure alignment with budgets and objectives.
• Monitor progress and identify commercial risks and mitigations.
• Prepare and review commercial reports, payment applications and final accounts.
• Support procurement and vendor evaluation related to MEP works.
• Review drawings and documentation for commercial/ coordination purposes.
• Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and company policies.
