Job summary

Remotedxb in Dubai is seeking a System Administrator and CLM specialist to own the contract lifecycle, support implementation of CLM using best practices, and manage contract inventory and archival. You will ensure data from multiple sources is harmonized, act as the first contact for Compliance and Legal, update process documents, and coordinate vendor MSAs and SOWs while reviewing metadata.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree with 4+ years of contracting or paralegal experience, plus

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent required.
• Minimum 2 years contracting or paralegal experience recommended.
• Experience with Contract Lifecycle Management systems like Gatekeeper.
• Microsoft Office expertise required.
• Experience with contract SLA and InfoSec negotiation and monitoring.
• Ability to engage, communicate, and influence effectively.

Responsibilities

• Perform role of System Admin and SME for CLM software.
• Support selection and implementation of CLM using industry best practices.
• Manage contract inventory and archival.
• Integrate data from multiple sources into a consistent format.
• Act as first point of contact for Compliance and Legal.
• Oversee and update process documents related to contracting.
• Support evaluation and negotiation of vendor MSAs and SOWs.
• Route agreements for review and signature.
• Review and update metadata related to contract actions.
• Collect and track information for vendor setup.
• Troubleshoot inconsistencies in contract metadata.
• Report on contract performance, costs, and SLAs.
• Create and manage reporting on contract actions and spend metrics.
• Provide periodic executive spend analysis reports.
• Coordinate vendor relationship development and management.
