Job summary

McGregor Boyall is seeking a Contract Manager for a regulated payments provider in the UAE. You will own commercial, vendor and partnership agreements from negotiation through renewal, ensuring sound, compliant contracts.

Responsibilities include drafting and negotiating contracts, maintaining a central repository, tracking milestones and renewals, and advising stakeholders while liaising with regulators as needed.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of experience in contract management, legal, procurement or commercial roles.
• Strong grounding in contract law and commercial agreements.
• Understanding of regulatory requirements in payment services or fintech.
• Familiarity with SLAs, vendor agreements and client contracts in payments.
• Knowledge of compliance standards, procurement processes and risk management.
• Excellent drafting and negotiation skills, with ability to manage deadlines.

Our client, a regulated payment services provider in the UAE, is looking for a Contract Manager to take ownership of its commercial, vendor and partnership agreements. Sitting within the Legal function, you'll be the person who makes sure every contract the business signs is sound, compliant and properly managed from negotiation through to renewal.

What You'll Do
