Job summary

J. Awan & Partners is seeking an experienced Client Services Manager in Dubai DIFC to oversee day-to-day servicing of existing clients and investors.

The role acts as the central coordinator between clients and Investment Operations, Compliance, and Finance, ensuring instructions and servicing requirements are efficiently executed from onboarding through to distributions. The successful candidate will own client servicing workflows across managed funds and OCIO mandates, maintain visibility over

Qualifications

• Experience in asset management or investment management servicing
• Experience within DIFC is mandatory
• Hands-on with onboarding, subscriptions, capital calls, distributions, and investor reporting
• Strong English written and verbal communication

Responsibilities

• Act as primary day-to-day contact for existing clients and investors regarding servicing, reporting, and admin
• Coordinate with Investment Operations, Compliance and Finance to track requests and deadlines
• Own client servicing requests from receipt to completion with clear ownership and follow-up
• Maintain records of outstanding matters, deadlines and status
• Provide timely updates to clients on operational matters
• Coordinate investor onboarding, subscriptions, capital calls, distributions and reporting
• Support OCIO clients with day-to-day servicing and coordination with investment teams
