Job summary

A global financial services provider in Abu Dhabi is seeking a Client Services Vice President to manage client relationships and ensure service deliverables. The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of experience in financial services, including leadership experience. This role offers the chance to be involved in a variety of asset classes and play a key role in the operational success of client services.

Qualifications

• 7 years of related work experience in the financial service industry, preferably within a hedge fund administrator or investment company.
• 3 years formal people management or leadership experience.
• Strong analytical capabilities and ability to work across functions.

Responsibilities

• Drive strategic communication with clients and negotiate service level agreements.
• Develop understanding of Citco business lines and associated product/service propositions.
• Monitor and manage client SLAs and operational deliverables.
