Job summary

Fragomen in Dubai seeks a Private Client Solutions Executive to generate new private client opportunities, qualify leads and support growth of residency and citizenship by investment offerings across the MEA region. You will build relationships with high-net-worth individuals, manage pipelines and hand over qualified prospects to the advisory team.

The role requires commercial drive, energy and a proactive mindset, with English fluency and Arabic desirable.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years’ experience in sales, business development, client acquisition, lead generation or a client-facing commercial role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in written and spoken English; Arabic desirable.

Responsibilities

• Generate new private client opportunities through outbound outreach, referrals, events and digital channels.
• Qualify prospects for residency and citizenship by investment services.
• Maintain pipeline and hand over qualified opportunities to advisory team.
• Support revenue generation from high-net-worth individuals seeking residency and investment options.
