Job summary

AQR Capital Management in Dubai is seeking a full-time Associate to join our EMEA Business Development group. The role supports senior team members in building investor relationships and delivering solutions to clients across Europe, the Middle East, and the Americas.

Based in Dubai, you will deepen product and asset class knowledge, coordinate marketing materials, respond to RFPs, and help prepare presentations for investors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, Business, Science or Engineering.
• 3+ years of relevant post-undergraduate experience in professional services or investment management.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Arabic language proficiency preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to senior Business Development members building investor relationships.
• Develop product and asset class knowledge and demonstrate industry interest.
• Coordinate marketing materials and distribute white papers, webinars and analysis.
• Complete RFPs/RFIs and DDQs in a timely, high-quality manner.
• Collaborate with portfolio managers to craft up-to-date investor presentations.
• Act as contact for investors and marshal firm resources to respond to inquiries.
• Coordinate client meetings and calls with investors.
• Lead sustainability-related projects and inquiries.
• Represent the firm at conferences and road shows when appropriate.
• Assist MD with broader Middle East sales strategy development.
