• 10+ years of experience in civil supervision on large-scale projects (building, infra, industrial, mission-critical).
• Strong ability to read and interpret civil drawings, specs, method statements, and shop drawings.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills with multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day civil construction activities on site per drawings, specs and method statements.
• Monitor progress against schedules, coordinating manpower, materials, and equipment.
• Support inspections with QA/QC, HSE, and project management teams to ensure quality and safety.
