Job summary

Decima International seeks a detail-oriented Civil Supervisor to oversee day-to-day civil construction activities on a large-scale project in Dubai, UAE. Qualifications

• 10+ years of civil supervision experience on large-scale projects.
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
• Experience supervising day-to-day civil works on active construction sites.
• Solid knowledge of civil construction methods, safety standards, and sequencing.
• Ability to read civil drawings and technical documents.
• Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day civil construction activities on site in accordance with drawings and specs.
• Monitor civil works including earthworks, foundations, structures, drainage, and roads.
• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, engineers, QA/QC, HSE, and project management.
• Review daily activities and ensure proper manpower, materials, and fronts.
• Monitor progress against schedules and look-ahead plans.
• Identify site constraints and escalate risks to project leadership.
• Support inspections and ensure compliance with test plans and standards.
• Maintain daily site records and assist in progress reporting and closeout documentation.
