Worley in the United Arab Emirates seeks a senior Civil/Structural engineer to lead execution on oil and gas projects. The role requires overseeing discipline design, coordinating with project teams, ensuring HSE compliance, and delivering high-quality drawings, calculations and reports.

Applicants should have extensive design experience, engineering software proficiency, and leadership capability to drive multi-disciplinary teams through complex projects in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• Demonstrates leadership and ability to manage multidisciplinary teams.
• Excellent knowledge of civil structural design for oil & gas facilities.
• Proven ability to review designs and drawings with supporting calculations.

Responsabilidades

• Lead all or part of the discipline execution in projects.
• Ensure health, safety, and environmental compliance of design work.
• Coordinate with project managers and other disciplines to meet schedule and budget.
• Mentor and train team members and support performance reviews.
