Job summary

Confidential Company in the United Arab Emirates seeks a Lead Civil & Structural Engineer to oversee major EPC Oil & Gas projects. You will lead engineering activities, review critical calculations, and ensure compliance with international codes and HSE standards.

The role requires 15+ years in Oil & Gas, with at least 5 years in a lead capacity, hands-on EPC exposure (ADNOC or major Middle East operators preferred), and strong leadership and coordination skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.
• Minimum 15 years in Oil & Gas with at least 5 years in a Lead Civil & Structural role.
• Hands-on EPC project experience, preferably with ADNOC or major Middle East operators.
• Proficient in STAAD Pro, ETABS, AutoCAD, and structural standards (ACI, AISC, ASCE).
• Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and project coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage civil and structural engineering activities for EPC Oil & Gas projects.
• Review and approve engineering calculations, drawings, specifications, and deliverables.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary engineering teams, clients, consultants, and vendors.
• Ensure compliance with project requirements, international codes, quality standards, and HSE regulations.
• Provide technical support during engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning.
• Resolve technical issues and mentor junior engineers.
