Role requires 15+ years of relevant experience, professional licensure where required, and strong capabilities in cost estimation and proposal development.

Qualifications

• Awarded a 4 or 5 year technical degree in science or engineering.
• Trained in leadership and project execution.
• Active licensure with a local engineering governing body where required by law.
• Typically has 15+ years of relevant discipline experience.
• Skilled in estimating project costs and writing proposal content.
• Desirable: project leadership experience; regulatory knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Gathers data and prepares engineering studies, analyses and calculations.
• Delivers discipline execution strategies and liaises with stakeholders.
• Ensures compliance with health, safety, environmental and site requirements.
• Supports project change management and coordination across disciplines.
