Job summary

Confidential Company in Dubai is seeking an experienced Senior Project Engineer to lead daily civil structural and finishing works on luxury villa and high-end residential projects. You will oversee execution under the Construction Manager and Project Manager, ensuring compliance with drawings, specs and safety requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture is required.
• 8+ years’ experience in residential construction and site execution.
• Experience with a Tier A main contracting company in UAE is mandatory.
• Proven track record supervising site engineers, foremen and subcontractors.
• Hands-on experience on luxury villas or high-end residential projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily civil structural and finishing works across fronts on luxury villa and high-end residential projects.
• Translate approved programme into weekly look-ahead plans and daily targets.
• Coordinate manpower, materials, equipment and subcontractors to achieve progress.
• Coordinate civil works with MEP, architectural and specialist finish teams.
• Identify drawing discrepancies and raise technical queries for clarifications.
• Coordinate with QA/QC for inspections, testing and approvals before cover‑up.
• Monitor productivity, material consumption, wastage and enforce safety and housekeeping.
