Job summary

WSP Middle East Limited – Dubai Branch is seeking a senior Construction Manager (Civil / Landside Utilities) to lead Abu Dhabi Ports projects. You will direct civil and utility construction work, ensuring safety, quality, on-time delivery, and cost control across complex port sites.

The role demands 15+ years in civil/utility projects, strong leadership, and deep knowledge of Abu Dhabi Ports regulations. Proficiency with Primavera P6, MS Project, and BIM tools is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Master’s degree preferred.
• 15+ years of civil/landside utilities project experience.
• Experience in port or maritime environments.
• Knowledge of Abu Dhabi Ports regulations and local codes.
• Licensure such as PE or UAE registration is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and supervise civil infrastructure and landside utility construction.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and project specifications.
• Develop and maintain detailed construction schedules and cost controls.
• Manage subcontractors and on-site teams; mentor staff.
• Prepare progress reports, risk assessments, and stakeholder communications.
• Oversee procurement, material handling, and logistics.
