WSP Middle East Limited Dubai seeks a Construction Manager Marine to direct all marine construction activities for Abu Dhabi Ports initiatives. You will supervise contractors, monitor progress, ensure compliance with specs and regulations, and serve as the main liaison with clients, consultants, and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.

Required: Civil/Marine/Structural Eng degree, 15+ years in marine construction, strong planning and HSE leadership, and proficiency with Primavera P6/MS

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Marine or Structural Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 15 years of experience in marine construction preferably on port or offshore infrastructure projects.
• Proven track record managing large scale marine contracts and multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong knowledge of marine construction methods dredging quay wall and pier works.
• Familiarity with UAE maritime regulations Abu Dhabi Ports standards and international codes e.g. ISO IEC.
• Excellent project management skills with proficiency in Primavera P6 MS Project or similar tools.
• Demonstrated ability to maintain high safety performance and lead HSE initiatives.
• Effective communication and negotiation skills with clients consultants and government agencies.

• Direct all marine construction activities for Abu Dhabi Ports initiatives.
• Oversee contractors, monitor progress and ensure compliance with specifications and regulations.
• Act as primary liaison with clients, consultants and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
• Develop and implement marine construction execution plans aligned with project schedules.
• Monitor daily construction progress and resolve technical issues to maintain schedule integrity.
• Review construction documentation including method statements and progress reports.
• Lead safety initiatives and enforce health and safety policies.
