Job summary

WSP Middle East Limited – Dubai Branch seeks an experienced Project Manager (Marine) to lead full lifecycle marine infrastructure projects for Abu Dhabi Ports. You will plan, coordinate, and execute from inception to handover, ensuring safety, quality, and client satisfaction.

The role requires 15+ years in marine infrastructure, strong stakeholder management, and proficiency with Primavera P6 and MS Project. Arabic is a plus; UAE driving license desirable.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience managing large‑scale marine infrastructure projects.
• PMP, PRINCE2 or equivalent certification is highly desirable.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken); Arabic is an advantage.
• Proficiency with project management software (Primavera P6, MS Project) and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed project execution plans, schedules, and budgets for marine infrastructure works.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams, subcontractors, and consultants to ensure seamless project delivery.
• Monitor progress against KPIs, manage risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental, and quality standards.
• Maintain relationships with Abu Dhabi Ports, regulatory bodies, and other stakeholders.
• Prepare and present regular status reports, financial updates, and dashboards to senior management.
• Control change orders, variations, and contract administration throughout the project lifecycle.
• Lead procurement activities, including tendering, evaluation, and award of marine contracts.
