Job summary

Confidential seeks an experienced Civil Infrastructure & Asset Maintenance Manager to oversee maintenance, inspection, performance and lifecycle management of critical civil infrastructure assets, ensuring reliability, safety and regulatory compliance.

The role leads maintenance programs for pavements, drainage and related assets, manages contractors, drives asset lifecycle plans and ensures adherence to HSE and standards across the operation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline.
• Minimum 6 years of relevant experience, including at least 3 years in people management.
• Strong background in Civil Infrastructure Maintenance and Asset Management.
• Experience managing pavement maintenance and drainage systems.
• Experience coordinating contractors and lifecycle activities.
• Knowledge of regulatory compliance, HSE standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance and inspection programmes for pavements, roads, drainage, fencing and related infrastructure.
• Lead infrastructure condition assessments and rehabilitation works.
• Develop preventive maintenance strategies and asset lifecycle plans.
• Manage contractors and service providers to meet KPIs and SLAs.
• Coordinate maintenance schedules, shutdowns and readiness activities.
• Ensure compliance with regulations, HSE standards and technical norms.
• Monitor budgets, risks, and asset performance.
• Drive continuous improvement and sustainability of infrastructure.
