Job summary

Confidential Company is seeking a Senior Pavement Engineer to supervise pavement condition assessments, evaluate indices such as PCI, IRI and CI, and oversee distress classification. Lead data collection and apply GPR insights to asset evaluation and renewal planning.

The role requires developing maintenance strategies, supervising equipment calibration, and coordinating with clients to present findings and recommendations. A Civil Engineering background with 8–10 years’ experience is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field; Master’s preferred.
• 8–10 years of progressive experience in pavement engineering.
• Strong written and verbal communication; client interaction skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise pavement condition assessment using PCI, IRI, and CI.
• Identify distress types, severity and quantity; review data quality.
• Develop maintenance/rehabilitation strategies and decision trees.
• Coordinate with client and lead project teams; prepare reports.
