Confidential, a leading UAE-based construction enterprise, seeks a Technical Manager to direct technical operations for major civil infrastructure projects in Dubai. You will oversee design reviews, ensure regulatory compliance, and coordinate with government authorities and consultants to deliver client specifications and municipal codes.

Qualifications

• 16+ years in civil infrastructure.
• 5+ years as Technical Manager or Engineering Manager on major roads/highways.
• Experience with roads, highways and utility networks.
• Familiarity with Dubai Municipality (DM) and RTA guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Direct comprehensive technical operations across major roads, highways, underpasses, and utility network projects.
• Review engineering drawings, design packages, and technical specifications for regulatory compliance.
• Coordinate with project stakeholders, consultants, and municipal bodies to expedite technical approvals and resolve site issues.
• Provide high-level technical guidance to support project planning, scheduling, and execution phases.
• Oversee engineering documentation workflows, method statement reviews, and quality assurance standards.
