Job summary

Consertus is seeking a Senior Resident Engineer to supervise on-site construction activities, ensuring quality assurance and control from start to completion. You will coordinate with contractors, owners, and ministries, and prepare regular progress reports.

The role requires a Bachelor's in Civil Engineering with 10–12 years of experience, certification membership, and proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office. Revit knowledge is a plus; strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering is required.
• 10–12 years overall experience with 4+ years in a similar role.
• Certification/membership of Society of Engineers is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Supervise on-site construction activities to ensure QA/QC from start to completion.
• Review contractor submittals and coordination with owner/client representatives.
• Prepare weekly/monthly progress reports and monitor schedule adherence.
• Ensure safety compliance and liaise with residents/inspectors as required.
• Approve as-built drawings and recommend changes to drawings when needed.
• Stay updated on local ministerial requirements and project documentation.
