The role involves coordinating site teams, subcontractors, clients and consultants, enforcing safety standards, and managing schedules and costs to achieve project objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering; Master’s degree preferred.
• 12+ years of proven civil construction management experience on large-scale projects.
• Strong knowledge of FIDIC contracts, PMBOK, and UAE regulations.
• Proficiency with Primavera P6 / MS Project and MS Office.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

• Project Planning & Execution: develop construction execution plans and allocate resources.
• Site Management: lead site engineers, foremen, and subcontractors to meet targets.
• Quality & Safety: enforce QA/QC, implement HSE plans, and manage non-conformities.
• Budget & Cost Control: monitor costs, review bills, and certify payments.
• Stakeholder Management: liaise with client, consultants, and authorities.
• Leadership & Development: mentor junior staff and drive a delivery-focused culture.
