Job summary

Lindenberg Emirates LLC in the United Arab Emirates is seeking a Construction Manager with 12–15 years of experience to lead large-scale infrastructure and EPC projects.

You will plan, direct, and oversee all construction activities, ensure safety, schedule, budget, and quality, and coordinate with internal teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders. English is required; Arabic is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• 12–15 years construction management experience with ≥5 years in senior leadership on large infrastructure projects.
• Knowledge of UAE construction laws, permitting processes, and safety standards.

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• 12–15 years of construction management experience, including at least 5 years in a senior leadership role managing large-scale infrastructure/building projects.

Knowledge & Skills:

• Strong understanding of construction methodologies, safety standards, and quality requirements.
• Proficiency in project planning, cost control, and contract administration.
• Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
• Knowledge of UAE construction laws, authority requirements, and permitting processes.

Excellent communication skills in English. Communication skills in Arabic will be considered an added advantage

Key Responsibilities

To plan, direct, and oversee all construction activities from project inception to completion, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the required quality standards. This role involves managing multiple projects, coordinating with internal teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders, and ensuring compliance with statutory and contractual obligations.
