Job summary

Tiger Group is seeking an experienced Construction Manager to lead building projects across the UAE from planning through handover. Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
• Substantial experience managing high-rise building construction projects, ideally in the UAE.
• Strong understanding of construction methods, project controls, quality management, and health and safety practices.
• Familiarity with UAE building regulations, authority approvals, and relevant construction standards.
• Proven ability to manage contractors, budgets, schedules, and competing project priorities.
• Confident communication, negotiation, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with project planning and reporting tools; familiarity with construction management software is an advantage.
• Relevant professional certifications or membership of a recognized engineering or construction body are desirable.

• Monitor construction quality and ensure work complies with approved drawings, specifications, building codes, and project standards.
• Promote a strong health, safety, and environmental culture; ensure site practices meet UAE requirements and company policies.
• Review project plans, drawings, method statements, and material submittals; resolve technical and operational issues.
• Track project risks, delays, variations, and costs, and implement corrective actions when needed.
• Lead coordination meetings and maintain clear communication with clients, authorities, design teams, and other stakeholders.
• Manage procurement and delivery of materials and equipment in line with project milestones.
• Inspect work, oversee testing and commissioning, and coordinate snagging, closeout documentation, and handover.
• Mentor construction personnel and support effective performance across the project team.
