Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in Tobacco Industry with state-of-the-art cigarette making machines.
• Electrical supply and functional knowledge to develop/maintain industrial electrical plants.
• Associate's degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
• Hands-on maintenance and problem solving on Cigarette Making machines.

Responsibilities

• Identify quality defects and implement corrective actions to eliminate defects.
• Lead maintenance and project activities including breakdown analysis and procurement.
• Plan preventive and predictive maintenance to improve reliability and safety.
• Enforce safety policies and ensure compliance with standards.
• Supervise machine teams and train new staff.
