Job summary

GULBAHAR in Dubai (JAFZA) seeks a hands-on Maintenance Manager with deep expertise in cigarette making equipment. The role focuses on maintaining, driving, and implementing robust technical standards, systems, and processes to ensure compliant operations.

The candidate will oversee electrical and mechanical maintenance of DECOUFLE and GD121A/Hauni/Nano machines, lead a technical team, enforce safety policies, and drive kaizen improvements. Experience with Loga 3D series is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in tobacco industry with cigarette making machines.
• Proven ability to identify and fix mechanical/electrical faults on complex automation.

Responsibilities

• Identify quality defects in cigarette making machines and take corrective actions.
• Lead maintenance and project activities including breakdown analysis and preventive actions.
• Plan and implement preventive and predictive maintenance to improve reliability.
