Job summary

Checkout.com in Dubai seeks a Senior Analyst of Customer Due Diligence to manage the regional due diligence portfolio and act as the escalation point for complex reviews. You will contribute to process improvements and major projects within Risk Operations.

The role requires fluent Arabic for local authorities, deep regulatory knowledge, and collaboration with global teams to strengthen onboarding and compliance across markets.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4+ years in a similar role with regulatory experience.
• Solid understanding of Enhanced Due Diligence concepts and practical compliant solutions.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Act as the regional Customer Due Diligence specialist for the MENA region.
• Serve as the primary escalation point for Enhanced Due Diligence reviews.
• Provide timely resolutions to ensure smooth workflow and outcomes.
• Manage relationships with the regional MLRO to ensure quality escalations.
• Review and approve escalations or decisions made by analysts.
• Lead and deliver tactical projects with cross-functional teams.
• Mentor and coach analysts for professional growth.
