Job summary

flydubai is seeking a Capacity Management Supervisor in Dubai to guide and supervise cargo capacity management activities on a rotating shift and regular morning pattern. You will ensure daily capacity utilization and booking evaluation for flights departing Dubai Airports to optimize revenue.

The role requires leadership of capacity staff, coordination with Pricing and Procurement, and strong English communication. Experience in safety systems and 3+ years in related fields are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required with 3+ years in related field.
• Knowledge in Safety Management Systems.
• Fluent in English.

Responsibilities

• Guide and supervise cargo capacity management on shift basis to optimize revenue.
• Lead capacity management staff across the network.
• Plan and schedule Road Feeder Services and coordinate with Procurement.
• Monitor capacity forecasts for inbound/outbound flights.
• Communicate with customer service and partners on capacity queries.
• Assist Line Manager with budget planning and revenue optimization.
