Job summary

Protective is seeking a Business Systems Analyst in Dubai to translate business needs into detailed requirements and work with IT to design effective solutions. You will test user stories, validate data with queries, and operate in an agile environment to meet sprint commitments.

The role requires a 5+ year track record, a technical or business degree, and willingness to travel as needed. You will mentor teammates and help define system data and rules for scalable applications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical or business-related field or equivalent work experience.
• 5+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst or in a relatable position.
• Experience working with business units to define needs and document consequences of change.
• Experience collaborating with internal IT teams to design application solutions.
• Ability to travel as needed.

• Understanding of moderately complex data structures and database schemas
