Job summary

Acesoft Labs (India) Pvt Ltd in Dubai seeks an experienced Business Analyst to drive Cash Management and Corporate Banking solutions, define requirements and user stories, and align IT outputs with business goals.

The role collaborates with Product Owners, stakeholders, developers and QA, supports Payments & Clearing and SWIFT processes, and participates in SIT/UAT to validate business requirements and transform processes.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in Banking, with strong Cash Management experience.
• Strong experience in Corporate Banking, Payments & Clearing, and Financial Institutions.
• Good understanding of SWIFT, payment processes, transaction banking, and cash management products.

Responsibilities

• Gather analyze and document business requirements for Cash Management and Corporate Banking solutions.
• Define customer business functions workflows processes and system requirements.
• Create and refine user stories acceptance criteria and product backlog items.
• Work closely with Product Owners business stakeholders developers and technical teams.
• Support Payments Clearing SWIFT and Financial Institution banking processes.
• Participate in SIT UAT functional testing and validation of business requirements.
• Identify process gaps and recommend value-added changes for business process transformation.
• Ensure system solutions align with business objectives and customer needs.
• Manage stakeholders across business and technology functions.
• Support sprint planning and work in Agile Waterfall environments.
• Prepare business documentation training materials and conduct user product training.
• Lead assigned projects or workstreams and provide guidance to team members

Requirements

8+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in Banking, with strong Cash Management experience. Strong experience in Corporate Banking, Payments & Clearing, and Financial Institutions. Good understanding of SWIFT, payment processes, transaction banking, and cash management products. Strong skills in requirements gathering, business analysis, process mapping, and documentation. Hands-on experience with User Stories, Agile, Scrum, Sprint, Product Backlog, SIT and UAT. Strong stakeholder management and communication skills. Ability to analyze data and support product and business decision-making. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and process-transformation skills. Ability to work independently and create processes from scratch. Experience with Azure DevOps/DevOps, Confluence, Miro, MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
