Job summary

Dicetek LLC in the United Arab Emirates seeks an experienced Business Analyst to translate complex business needs into technology requirements and collaborate with stakeholders across product, operations, and IT. You will act as a technology advisor for corporate banking domains such as cash management, liquidity, channels, trade finance, cards, assets and HR/finance support functions.

Qualifications

• 10-12 years of experience as a BA in relevant specialization.
• Strong knowledge of SDLC, software engineering methods, and data structures.
• Proven ability to work with reporting and prototyping tools.

• Convert business demand into technology requirements and coordinate with stakeholders.
• Mentor junior BAs and possibly manage a team.
• Lead enhancements and changes in business analysis processes.
• Develop system training artefacts and operational procedures.
• Define service value chains and articulate requirements clearly.

Be a Technology advisor and subject matter expert on Corporate Banking Retail Banking Enterprise support functions business especially on Cash Management Liquidity Channel Banking Trade Finance Cards Assets Liabilities HR functions Finance etc as applicable
