Protective is seeking a Business Systems Analyst in Dubai to translate business needs into detailed requirements and work with IT to design effective solutions. You will test user stories, validate data with queries, and operate in an agile environment to meet sprint commitments.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a technical or business-related field or equivalent work experience.
5+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst or in a relatable position.
Experience working with business units to define needs and document consequences of change.
Experience collaborating with internal IT teams to design application solutions.
Ability to travel as needed.

Responsibilities

Lead coordination with customers to elicit and translate business needs into detailed functional requirements.
Collaborate with development teams to design and transition requirements into technical solutions.
Test user stories and ensure all acceptance criteria are met, including running queries to validate data.
Work within an agile environment following sprint commitments and release schedules.
Define scope and objectives for moderately complex system-related projects.
Create and maintain critical system data elements, rules, and configurable applications.
Prepare end-user procedures and manuals and provide training for new system functionality.
Mentor and train team members on technology and best practices.
