• Provide management with market insights and business intelligence.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather analyze and document business requirements ensuring clarity and alignment with project goals.
• Develop detailed functional specifications and process maps to guide technical teams in delivering effective solutions.
• Perform gap analysis to identify discrepancies between current processes and desired outcomes driving continuous improvement initiatives.
• Facilitate workshops and meetings to elicit feedback and validate requirements fostering collaboration among diverse teams.
