Velarozone in the UAE seeks an experienced Senior Business Setup Advisor to manage a portfolio of high-value clients and complex setup cases, acting as a strategic consultant from first contact to final license issuance.

You will lead end-to-end engagements for mainland, free zones, and offshore formations, crafting tailored market-entry strategies and ensuring a premium client experience.

Competenze

• 3–6 years of proven UAE business setup or corporate advisory experience.
• Deep knowledge of UAE free zones, mainland licensing, and visa processes.
• Proven track record managing high-value client accounts independently.
• Fluent English; Arabic preferred.

• Lead end-to-end client engagements for mainland, free zones, and offshore formations.
• Design tailored setup strategies based on industry, ownership, visa needs, and goals.
• Manage relationships with free zone authorities, DED, and regulators to speed approvals.

The Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Setup Advisor to manage a portfolio of high-value clients and complex setup cases. You will act as a strategic consultant, designing tailored market entry strategies and ensuring a premium client experience from first contact to final license issuance.

What You'll Do

• Lead end-to-end client engagements for mainland, free zone, and offshore company formations.
• Design customized business setup strategies based on client industry, ownership structure, visa requirements, and long-term goals.
• Manage relationships with free zone authorities, DED, and other government entities to resolve complex cases and expedite approvals.
• Mentor and coach junior advisors, reviewing their client proposals and supporting their professional development.
• Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities (e.g., visa packages, office solutions, VAT registration, corporate bank account opening).
• Negotiate with service providers and maintain partnerships to optimize client offerings.
• Ensure compliance with all UAE corporate regulations and keep the team informed of legislative updates.

What You'll Need

• 3-6 years of proven experience in UAE business setup, corporate services, or a related advisory role.
• Deep knowledge of UAE free zones, mainland licensing procedures, and visa/immigration processes.
• Demonstrated track record of managing complex, high-value client accounts independently.
• Exceptional consultative selling and negotiation skills.
• Fluency in English; Arabic is highly preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Law, or a related discipline.
