Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Renewable Energy, or a related discipline.
• Relevant experience in business development, sales, proposal development, project management, or a similar commercial role.
• Strong preference for candidates with experience in the solar, renewable energy, or energy storage industry.
• Good understanding of the Middle East renewable energy market and its key industry participants.
• Strong customer relationship management and negotiation skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
• Commercially driven with a strong customer-focused approach.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness and ability to travel across the Middle East based on business requirements.

Responsabilités

• Develop and execute business development and sales initiatives across the Middle East to achieve revenue targets.
• Identify new opportunities and develop new clients in solar, renewable energy, and energy storage.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers, suppliers, partners, developers.
• Understand customer requirements and develop commercial/technical solutions.
• Lead negotiations, proposals, and contract discussions.
• Cross-sell the company’s service offerings to clients.
• Collaborate with internal teams to achieve regional sales growth.
• Represent the company professionally at industry events.
• Work with Marketing to maximize opportunities from events.
• Monitor market developments and emerging opportunities.
• Support improvement of client experience and satisfaction.
• Travel across the Middle East for meetings and events.
