Job summary

Caliberly is seeking a Business Analyst to drive requirements gathering and documentation for stakeholders across business units, product owners, and end-users.

You will create FSD, BRD, and scope statements, map as-is and to-be processes, and design wireframes with Figma to validate ideas with stakeholders. The role emphasizes Agile practices, UAT support, KPIs, and continuous improvement.

• Proven ability to elicit, analyze, and prioritize requirements from stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Gather and document requirements from business units, product owners, and end-users.
• Create and maintain high-quality documentation including FSD, BRD, and scope statements.
• Map current and future business processes, identify inefficiencies, and propose streamlined workflows.
• Design wireframes and interactive prototypes using tools like Figma to visualize UI.
• Conduct market, competitor, and user research to inform product strategy.
• Lead workshops and JAD sessions to align stakeholders and drive consensus.
• Serve as the primary clarification resource for development teams and QA.
• Champion Agile methodologies and BABOK practices to ensure quality and traceability.
• Manage requirement changes, assess impacts, and communicate updates clearly.
• Collaborate with QA to develop test cases and ensure traceability to requirements.
• Define KPIs and provide actionable progress reports to stakeholders.
• Foster continuous improvement in BA processes, tools, and templates.
